Facility ID
Create a new User ID for a new Facility

Option A:
Need to change your user ID information or password reset information?

1. Login
2. Click on "User Maintenance".
3. Click on "Change User ID Information". 4. Change any applicable information and click on the "Submit" button.
Option B:
Need to create a new facility that your existing ID will have access to?

1. Login
2. Click on "User Maintenance".
3. Click on "Create Facility".
4. Fill out the necessary information and click on the "Save" button.
Option C:
Need access to an existing facility with your existing ID?


1. Login
2. Click on "User Maintenance".
3. Click on "Facility Access"
4. Type in the facility number in the "Facilities you have requested access for, but have yet to have access granted" section at the bottom of the page and click on the "Submit" button to obtain "Requester" access to the facility.

Note: "Requester" access will not allow your user ID to see the facility in question, but Option D explains how to get your access upgraded so you can see &/or work with the facility.
Option D:
Need to upgrade your access to an existing facility?


1. If you already have at least "Requester" access to the facility in question and know of a coworker whose ID has "Filer" access to the same facility, that coworker can update your access immediately.
The coworker would need to:

1b. Follow steps 1-3 of Option C.
1c. Follow the steps in the "You are a Filer for the following Facilities" section at the top of the page and click on the "Submit" button.

2. If there are no "Filers" for this facility, then you will need to send an email to RTK.Tier2@dps.la.gov asking that your access to that facility be upgraded.
