Our new credit card service provider (US Bank), will send an email after a successful transaction.
The email means that money was charged to your card and that the financial part of the transaction was successful.
If you receive the email confirming your transaction, regardless of any errors you get or if your invoice page is not displayed, do NOT try to file again
Contact the Right To Know office at the below email address and explain your situation.
We will try to correct the issue on our end.
